Short version: we only use cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work. No analytics, no advertising, no tracking across other sites. That's why you don't see a cookie banner.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Some are essential for a site to work; others are used for analytics or advertising. We only use the essential kind.

Cookies we use

  • Name
    cliply_draft
    Purpose
Keeps your order in progress — package, uploads and brief — so you can finish it or come back later.
    Duration
Up to 30 days, or until the order is paid
  • Name
    NEXT_LOCALE
    Purpose
Remembers the language you use on the site, so it opens in that language next time.
    Duration
    1 year
  • Name
    cliply_admin
    Purpose
Keeps our team signed in to the production dashboard. Only set for staff.
    Duration
    7 days
  • Name
    cliply_admin_locale
    Purpose
Remembers the language of the production dashboard. Only set for staff.
    Duration
    1 year

All of them are first-party cookies, set by our own site and never shared with third parties. cliply_draft and cliply_admin are httpOnly: scripts on the page can't read them.

We also use your browser's local storage (not a cookie) on this device: to remember an order in progress — your choices, brief and email address — so a refresh doesn't lose your work; to resume interrupted uploads; and to keep revision notes you haven't sent yet. After an order is paid, your email address stays on this device to pre-fill your next order. Saved order details and upload-resume data are kept for up to 30 days after your last visit. This data only leaves your device when you submit it, and is never used for tracking.

We also use your browser's session storage to remember, for the current tab only, the boxes you ticked at checkout. It is cleared when you close the tab.

cliply_admin and cliply_admin_locale are only set on our separate production dashboard, for our team; customers never receive them.

Payments

Checkout happens on Stripe's secure payment page. Stripe may set its own cookies there, for example for fraud prevention. These are governed by Stripe's own privacy and cookie policies.

Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the cliply_draft cookie, you won't be able to place an order.
